- 1 New York Bakery Co. Sesame Bagel
- 2 rashers of back bacon
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- A few snipped chives
Start grilling your bacon. Towards the end of cooking, season your eggs & scramble in half the butter over a low heat until nice and creamy.
Add a few snipped chives if you have them.
While the eggs are cooking, toast & butter your bagel then pile on the eggs.
Top with crispy bacon & the rest of the bagel.
Get it while it's hot!
