Wholemeal WHEAT Flour, Water, Sugar, Yeast, WHEAT Gluten, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Spirit Vinegar, Preservative (Calcium Propionate), Maize, Malted BARLEY Flour, Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid), WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin).
Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use.
