Ingredients

  • 1 New York Bakery Co Red Onion & Chive bagel
  • 2 tsp American mustard
  • 4 sundried tomatoes
  • 2 slices pastrami
  • 1 roasted red pepper, sliced
  • 1 American gherkin

Method

  1. Slice, toast and butter a Red Onion & Chive bagel

  2. Smother American mustard over the base

  3. Stack juicy sundried tomatoes, layers of pastrami and roasted red pepper

  4. Add American gherkins and the top of the bagel
