Ingredients

  • 1 New York Bakery Co Plain Bagel
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 90g ripe avocado
  • 3 rashers of streaky bacon

Method

  1. Toast the sliced bagel and smother the bottom half with cream cheese

  2. Use a fork to crush the avocado and layer generously on top of the base

  3. Top with three slices of crispy streaky bacon
