  • 1 New York Bakery Co. Sesame Bagel
  • 2 rashers back bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • few snipped chives

Bagel Build

  1. Start grilling your bacon. Towards the end of cooking, season your eggs and scramble in half the butter over low heat until nice and creamy. Add a few snipped chives if you have them.

  2. While the eggs are cooking, toast and butter your bagel. Pile on the eggs and top with crispy bacon and the rest of the bagel. Get it while it’s hot.
