  • 2 rashers of back bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • A few snipped chives

Start grilling your bacon. Towards the end of cooking, season your eggs & scramble in half the butter over a low heat until nice and creamy. Then add a few snipped chives if you have them.

While the eggs are cooking, toast & butter your bagel. Pile on the eggs & top with crispy bacon & the rest of the bagel. Get it while it's hot!
