  • 2 New York Bakery Co. Sesame Bagels, split
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 avocado, peeled and stoned
  • Salt and pepper

Bagel Build

  1. Poach the egg how you like it and toast your bagel.

  2. Top with roughly mashed avocado, season with salt and pepper and dig in whilst its runny.
