  • 1 New York Bakery Co. Soft Seeded Bagel Thin
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 100g cooked skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • Handful rocket leaves
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Bagel Build

  1. Top your bagel with the mayonnaise, then layer on the chicken and rocket.

  2. Add a little pepper, sandwich on the lid and enjoy!

  3. You could even wrap it up and keep for later.
