  • 4 New York Bagel Co. Original Thins
  • 2 avocados, peeled, stoned and mashed
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 240g skinless, roasted chicken breast
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced

Bagel Build

  1. Mash the avocados with the lime juice.

  2. Add salt and pepper and layer on to your bagel.

  3. Add the chicken and sliced tomatoes, then sandwich on the lid.

  4. Serve straightaway or wrap up for lunch.
