  • 1 New York Bakery co Plain Bagel Thin
  • 1 small chicken breast
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp chopped thyme
  • 1 handful of romaine lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 tbsp caesar dressing
  • 1 tsp finely grated parmesan
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper


  1. Marinade the chicken breasts in oil, thyme and seasoning for a few minutes

  2. Grill the chicken on a griddle pan until cooked then slice horizontally

  3. Place the lettuce and tomato on the bottom half of the bagel thin and put the chicken on top

  4. Smother with dressing and sprinkle with parmesan and black pepper

  5. Put the other half of the bagel on top
