Ingredients

  • 2 New York Bakery Co Cheese Bagels
  • ½ Granny Smith apple
  • 70g cucumber
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp finely chopped chives
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

Method

  1. Cut the apple into two quarters, remove the core and discard. Next, slice the cucumber in half (length ways), scrape out the seeds and discard.

  2. Cut the cucumber and apple into matchsticks.

  3. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon and chopped chives to the matchsticks and mix together. Season to taste.

  4. Split the bagels in half, spread with cream cheese and top with the slaw.
