  • 1 New York Bakery Co. Red Onion & Chive Bagel
  • 3 tbsp prepared Hollandaise sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices of smoked ham
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • a pinch of smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped chives

Bagel Build

  1. Warm up your hollandaise and poach the egg how you like it.

  2. Toast the bagel (it’s better that way) and top with the ham, some sliced avocado and the egg.

  3. Pour over the hollandaise and add the paprika and chives, if you’re being fancy.
