Figsy, Hamsy & Ricotta Bagelsy
Fig, Prosciutto & Ricotta Cheese Bagel
Slice the bagel in half and place on a baking tray with the prosciutto. Grill under a medium-hot grill until the bagel is lightly toasted and the prosciutto is crispy.
Slice the figs into thin rounds.
Spread the ricotta onto both bagel halves, top with the sliced figs, tear over the crispy prosciutto and basil.
Drizzle each bagel half with the honey and extra virgin olive oil, finishing with a twist of black pepper.
