Ingredients

  • 2 New York Bakery Co. Original Bagels, split
  • 4 rashers of back bacon
  • 2 tomatoes, halved
  • 15g butter
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Bagel Build

  1. Grill or fry the bacon and tomatoes to your liking.

  2. Scramble the egg your way and toast your bagel.

  3. Top with the scrambled egg, add salt and pepper, the bacon and tomato and sandwich on the lid.

  4. Breakfast’s up!
