Ingredients

  • 1 New York Bakery Co Sesame Bagel
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • 5 marinated sundried tomatoes
  • 95g avocado sliced into slivers
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 handful of rocket
  • Cracked black pepper to serve

Method

  1. Spread a thin layer of mayonaise over the base of a sliced sesame bagel

  2. Place marinated sun-dried tomatoes and slivers of ripe avocado around the bagel hole

  3. Top with smoked salmon

  4. Season with cracked black pepper and fresh rocket leaves
