  • 1 New York Bakery Co. Red Onion & Chive Bagel
  • 2 tsp garlic mayo
  • ½ ball mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 handful rocket
  • 2 slices Parma ham
  • Few leaves fresh basil

Bagel Build

  1. Toast your bagel and spread with the garlic mayo.

  2. Layer the mozzarella, tomato, rocket, ham and a few basil leaves (or keep it simple) and top with the rest of the bagel.
