  • 1 New York Bakery Co. Original Bagel Thin
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 little gem lettuce leaves
  • 3 slices tomato
  • 3 slices red onion
  • 1 x 24g slice cheese, halved
  • 2 slices wafer thin ham
  • 2 slices salami
  • 1 gherkin, sliced
  • black pepper

Bagel Build

  1. Schmear a good layer of mustard on your bagel. Layer up with the lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, ham, salami and (of course!) gherkin.

  2. Sprinkle on some pepper and tuck in!
