  • 1 New York Bakery Co. Original Bagel Thin
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • pinch chilli flakes
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 2 lemon wedges

Bagel Build

  1. Halve your bagel, brush on the oil and griddle. Top with the cream cheese and avocado and season to taste. Add few chilli flakes if you like things spicy. Serve with the smoked salmon and a squeeze of lemon juice.

  2. Want to make the avocado fancy?

  3. Halve and de-stone the avocado and carefully peel away the skin. Place one half cut side down on a chopping board and slice as thinly as possible, keeping the slices together.

  4. Gently fan out the slices into a U shape. Starting at the thinner end of the U, shape the slices into a bagel-sized circle to make a beautiful rose shape. Ta da!
