Ingredients

  • 1 New York Bakery Co Wholemeal Bagel
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 50g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 American gherkins
  • Cracked black pepper

Method

  1. Toast the bagel and spread both sides with mayo

  2. Cover with grated Cheddar cheese and top with cherry tomatoes

  3. Add thinly sliced American gherkins and a grind of cracked black pepper
