MAPLE PECAN CRUNCH BAGEL
LA cosy, caramel-sweet breakfast treat. Toasty Cinnamon & Raisin Bagel halves layered with maple-kissed cream cheese, golden fried banana and crunchy candied pecans. Finished with a glossy drizzle of maple syrup, it's pure comfort with every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 New York Bakery Cinnamon & Raisin Bagel, halved and toasted
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- banana, sliced
- 1 tsp maple syrup (plus extra for drizzle)
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp candied pecans, roughly chopped
Method
- Mix cream cheese, maple syrup, and cinnamon to make your maple cream cheese spread.
- Lightly fry the banana until golden.
- Toast the bagel halves until golden.
- Spread the maple cream cheese generously over each half.
- Place your fried banana on top of the cream cheese.
- Top with candied pecans and finish with a drizzle of maple syrup.
- Optional: dust with a little extra cinnamon for warmth and colour.
