MAPLE PECAN CRUNCH BAGEL

LA cosy, caramel-sweet breakfast treat. Toasty Cinnamon & Raisin Bagel halves layered with maple-kissed cream cheese, golden fried banana and crunchy candied pecans. Finished with a glossy drizzle of maple syrup, it's pure comfort with every bite.

Maple Pecan Crunch Bagel

Ingredients

  • 1 New York Bakery Cinnamon & Raisin Bagel, halved and toasted
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (plus extra for drizzle)
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans, roughly chopped

Method

  • Mix cream cheese, maple syrup, and cinnamon to make your maple cream cheese spread.
  • Lightly fry the banana until golden.
  • Toast the bagel halves until golden.
  • Spread the maple cream cheese generously over each half.
  • Place your fried banana on top of the cream cheese.
  • Top with candied pecans and finish with a drizzle of maple syrup.
  • Optional: dust with a little extra cinnamon for warmth and colour.
