Ingredients

  • 1 New York Bakery Co Sesame Bagel
  • 2 tsps mayonnaise
  • 50g cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 1 slice dry-cured ham
  • 2 rashers streaky bacon, already grilled
  • 2 slices chorizo

Method

  1. Lightly toast the halved New York Bakery Co Sesame bagel

  2. Spread with a layer of mayonaise

  3. Add sliced Cheddar cheese

  4. Pop under the grill until melted and bubbling

  5. Load with dry-cured ham and two pieces of grilled, crisp streaky bacon

  6. Top with some thinly sliced chorizo
