Ingredients

  • 1 New York Bakery Co Red Onion & Chive Bagel
  • 2 tsp aioli
  • 1 sliced beef tomato
  • 75g mozzarella
  • 2 slices parma ham
  • 1 handful of rocket
  • 6 leaves of fresh basil, torn

Method

  1. Spread delicious aioli over a toasted Red Onion & Chive bagel

  2. Assemble with slices of beef tomato, rocket salad and mozzarella

  3. Add a sprinkle of basil before topping with slices of succulent Parma ham
