  • 2 New York Bakery Co. Cinnamon and Raisin Bagels, split
  • 100g raspberries
  • 100g cream cheese
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp icing sugar (optional)

Bagel Build

  1. Toast your bagel (they smell amazing just out of the toaster!).

  2. Crush the raspberries and mix with the cream cheese.

  3. You can even add a teaspoon of icing sugar at this point.

  4. Spread over your bagel and sandwich on the lid.

  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and devour!
