  • 1 New York Bakery Co. Red Onion & Chive Bagel
  • 2 tsp American mustard
  • 4 sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 slices pastrami (or sub corned beef)
  • 1 roasted red pepper, sliced
  • 1 gherkin, sliced

  1. Toast your bagel and spread the bottom half with mustard.
