Ingredients

  • 1 New York Bakery Co Seeded Bagel Thin
  • 1 tbsp quality houmous
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 small handful of Babyleaf or Lambs lettuce

Method

  1. Brush the pepper with olive and grill until the skin starts to bubble, blister and turn golden

  2. Generously spread each side of the bagel thin with houmous

  3. Add roasted peppers and lettuce
