Saucesy Scrambled Eggsy & Baconsy Bagelsy
Spicy Harissa Ketchup, Scrambled Eggs & Streaky Bacon Cheese Bagel
Grill the bacon until golden brown and crispy.
Whisk the eggs and double cream; season with a little salt and pepper.
Melt a knob of butter in a small non-stick frying pan and cook the eggs over a low heat until only just cooked and still quite loose.
Slice the bagel in half and lightly toast. Mix the ketchup with the harissa paste.
Spread the bagel with the harissa ketchup, top with the eggs and crispy bacon; place the lid on top to serve.
