Inspired by the deli's of Brooklyn, this smoked salmon bagel is the perfect way to elevate your brunch!

Smoked Salmon Brunch

Ingredients

  • 1 New York Bakery Sourdough Bagel
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Fresh chives

Method

  • Toast the bagels until lightly golden and warm through.
  • Schmear cream cheese across the bottom of the bagel and evenly sprinkle lemon juice across the top of the cream cheese.
  • To assemble, add the smoked salmon and top with red onion and fresh chives to garnish.
