SMOKED SALMON BRUNCH
Inspired by the deli's of Brooklyn, this smoked salmon bagel is the perfect way to elevate your brunch!
Ingredients
- 1 New York Bakery Sourdough Bagel
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 100g smoked salmon
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Fresh chives
Method
- Toast the bagels until lightly golden and warm through.
- Schmear cream cheese across the bottom of the bagel and evenly sprinkle lemon juice across the top of the cream cheese.
- To assemble, add the smoked salmon and top with red onion and fresh chives to garnish.
