Ingredients

  • 1 New York Bakery Co Plain Bagel
  • 2 rashers streaky bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 large lettuce leaves
  • 50g grated Cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Fry an egg in a hot pan

  2. Place two rashers of streaky bacon under the grill until sizzling

  3. Toast the Plain New York Bakery Co bagel

  4. Generously add grated Cheddar cheese, slices of tomato and fresh lettuce

  5. Top with the fried egg and crispy bacon
