Ingredients

  • 1 New York Bakery Co. Original Bagel Thin
  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese
  • 75g smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp capers, drained and rinsed
  • black pepper, to taste
  • lemon wedges, to serve

Bagel Build

  1. Toast your bagels and top with the cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers and a little black pepper. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice. Hello New York.
