  • 2 New York Bakery Co. Original Bagel Thins
  • 4 tsp green pesto
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 ball buffalo mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 small handfuls of rocket
  • fresh basil, olive oil and black pepper, to taste
