  • 2 New York Bagel Co. The Original Bagels, split
  • 60g cream cheese
  • 60g smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp snipped chives
  • Lemon wedges and black pepper to serve

Bagel Build

  1. Toast the bagels and smoother in cream cheese.

  2. Add the salmon, a sprinkling of chives, a squeeze of lemon juice and black pepper.

  3. Sandwich on the lid, serve, close your eyes and imagine New York!
