Ingredients

  • 1 New York Bakery Co. Seeded Bagel Thins
  • 60g mozzarella, sliced
  • 3 slices tomato
  • 4 basil leaves
  • Black pepper

Bagel Build

  1. Layer your bagel with the sliced mozzarella and tomatoes.

  2. Add a little basil and black pepper before sandwiching on the lid.

  3. Eat immediately or wrap up for lunch the next day!
