Ingredients

  • 1 New York Bakery Co. Cheese Bagel
  • 2 slices prosciutto ham
  • 4 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • 1-2 ripe figs, sliced
  • honey, olive oil and fresh basil, to taste

Bagel Build

  1. Grill the bagel halves and ham until both are nice and crispy.

  2. Layer ricotta, figs and ham, then top with some honey, olive oil and fresh basil.

  3. Cut into pieces for an easy appetizer or serve as is.
