  • 1 New York Bakery Co. The Original bagels
  • 4 slices of salt beef
  • 2 Swiss cheese slices
  • 10g of sauerkraut
  • 5 gherkin Slices
  • 1 tbsp American mustard
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
BUILD IT

First things first, slice your bagel in half and slather a thin layer of mustard on the bottom half. We're not messin' around here...

Now for the star: pile that sliced beef brisket high on the bottom bagel half. Don't be shy – it’ll be worth it. 

Next up, those essential sliced pickled gherkins. You want a good crunch with every bite.
