Nothing says Staten Island more than a bagel stacked full of ham, cheese and tomatoes – and you’ve gotta have a good squeeze of mustard to give it that much needed kick!

  • New York Bakery Co. Sesame Bagel
  • 2 slices of Ham
  • 1 slice of Swiss Cheese
  • A handful of Lettuce
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard

To create this NY classic, simply slice your bagel in half and pack it full with ham, lettuce and tomato.

Top with a slice of cheese, pop under the grill for about 4 mins (or until the cheese is just melting) and then squeeze over some mustard.

Pop on the bagel lid and enjoy!
