  • 150g shredded deli-style turkey breast (piled high – the New York way!)
  • ½ a ripe  avocado, sliced (for that creamy, essential richness)
  • 1 ripe tomato, sliced (for a fresh, juicy bite – don't skip it!)
  • Lettuce (a handful of crisp green for that essential crunch)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise and/or mustard (your choice for that creamy, tangy kick)
BUILD IT

First things first, get that streaky bacon sizzling! Fry 2 slices for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they're perfectly crispy, the only way to get that authentic New York crunch.
